We are currently seeking an Internal Auditor!

Internal Auditors are responsible for reviewing and completing internal audits, identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls, and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Compile, track, and input data received for audits
• Review and complete AME and Batch Audits
• Prepare audit scopes by learning organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, and internal controls
• Communicate audit progress and findings by providing tracking spreadsheets to the RPMs and VP’s
• Improve audits by recommending changes in management monitoring, practice and procedure updates, internal control structures; identify root causes of audit findings

Requirements:

• Data entry and/or quality assurance experience
• Industry-specific experience including property management
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to follow direction, strong organization skills, and ability to follow-up to ensure competition of tasks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Proven experience with property management software (preferred but not required)

Additional Information:

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
